8th March 2024

Hello Everyone,

Many of you already know me, but for those that don’t my name is Miss Greene and I have been at St. Clement’s since 2013.  I returned this half term from maternity leave after having my daughter, Nimue (pronounced Nim-way), in September.

I have been busy getting back into a school routine, but the children have made this easier and welcomed me back. It’s been lovely seeing their happy faces and how much they’ve grown.

Yesterday each class took time out of their usual lessons to take part in our World Book Day celebrations.  Everyone looked really good and there was a lot of thought behind many of the outfits the children and teachers wore.  Everyone was very  enthusiastic and got involved during Mr Mulligan’s assembly,  which left us in suspense as to who had stolen items from different characters across the school!! Everyone was also interested to hear about our school competition - I can’t wait to see the entries to try and win the Jolly Postman’s scooters!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend and don’t forget to celebrate and thank your Mothers and Others on Sunday.
